What this platform is
[Legal entity — to be registered] operates a technical intermediary service. It provides discovery, structured negotiation, contract generation, payment collection and record-keeping. It is not a talent agency, casting agency, employer, producer, publisher, broker, escrow bank or law firm, and it holds no editorial control over what a buyer ultimately produces.
Every licence is concluded directly between the person granting the rights and the buyer receiving them. The platform is not a party to that licence. It does not warrant the performance, solvency, good faith or lawful conduct of either side.
What the platform does not accept responsibility for
Use of licensed material after delivery, including use outside the agreed scope; compliance of a buyer's finished content with advertising, consumer, competition, media or election law in any territory; the accuracy of any declaration made by a user; tax obligations arising for either party in their own country; the lawfulness of a user's participation under the personality, publicity, image, biometric or labour laws of their own jurisdiction; and any loss, moral damage or reputational harm arising from a counterparty's conduct.
Each user confirms at registration that they have satisfied themselves that their use of this service is lawful where they live and where they hold citizenship. That responsibility is theirs and is not assumed by the platform.
What the platform does accept responsibility for
Identity verification data — government identification documents, dates of birth, company registration and tax identifiers, and liveness records — is collected and held by [Legal entity — to be registered] as data controller. We are responsible for its security, for restricting access to it, for retaining it only as long as law requires, and for never publishing it. It is never shown to a counterparty and never forms part of a public profile.
We are also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the consent and licence records we generate, and for operating the dispute, abuse-reporting and takedown processes we publish.
Nature of what is traded
No transaction on this platform transfers, assigns or sells a person, a personality, or the ownership of an identity. What is granted is a limited, defined, non-transferable and revocable licence over specified material, for a specified purpose, in specified territories, on specified platforms, for a specified term. Rights not expressly granted are withheld. AI training and synthetic likeness or voice generation are never included unless separately and expressly granted as their own line item.
