Off-Platform & No-Circumvention Policy

The covenant

You will not solicit, accept or conclude any arrangement relating to a counterparty discovered here outside this platform, and you will not exchange or seek direct contact details in order to do so, for the life of your account and for twelve months after your last interaction with that counterparty.

How it is enforced

• —Structurally — a person is shown only as initials and a reference code, and a buyer is not identified to a person before a licence is paid. There is no identity to take off-platform.
• —By channel — messages are relayed, and email addresses, phone numbers, external links, social handles, messaging-app names and payment-rail names are removed before delivery.
• —Economically — payment is held after activation, and the licence document, payout guarantee, dispute process, takedown support and enforcement assistance attach only to on-platform transactions.
• —Contractually — through this covenant, accepted individually at registration.
• —By detection — the unredacted original of a flagged message is retained as evidence and reviewed by the operations team.

Consequences

Immediate suspension pending review; forfeiture of undistributed balances; liquidated damages equal to the greater of USD 500 or twice the value of the circumvented transaction; and permanent closure on repetition.

What you lose

An off-platform arrangement has no generated licence document, no recorded scope, no consent record, no verified counterparty, no payment protection, no dispute process, no takedown assistance and no enforcement support. For the person, it also means no evidence of what was agreed if the material is later used somewhere it should not be. That evidentiary record is the single most valuable thing this platform produces.
