Enforced by the system: an offer outside them can't be sent or accepted. The one exception is AI use — a maker can ask for it, and only your yes grants it.
Recorded word for word in the licence. Your acceptance is the approval — nothing is licensed without your yes.

A maker makes new content with your face or voice, with its own tools, inside the licence.

Your face or voice trains a model. A model can't un-learn, so an expiry date can't undo it.
Each is its own yes, its own line in the licence, priced separately. Yes and not yet are equal answers.

How the money moves.
Paid by invoice
Invoiced on acceptance. The maker pays by Payoneer or bank transfer within 48 hours, or the deal lapses.
Payment confirmed
The platform checks the maker's payment has arrived. Only then is the licence active.
Commission
15% of the agreed price, deducted before you are paid. Larger deals may get lower brackets later.
Released to you
Within 24–72 hours of confirmation, less the commission.
