Acceptable Use Policy

Some uses are never available on this platform, whatever two parties might otherwise be willing to agree. These are enforced by the system, not only by policy.

Absolutely prohibited

—Adult or sexual content of any kind.
—Any material involving a minor.
—Making a real person appear to say or do something they did not.
—Implying an endorsement, testimonial or personal experience that was not given.
—Hate speech, harassment, extremist or violent material.
—Weapons, ammunition and military recruitment.
—Biometric identification, surveillance, access control or law-enforcement identification systems.
—Anything unlawful in the territory of use.

Restricted categories

Political and advocacy, gambling, tobacco and nicotine, alcohol, health and medical-adjacent, financial and crypto, dating, religious, news and documentary, and AI model training are available only where a person has expressly opted into that specific category. They are never on by default, they are recorded verbatim in the licence, and they are reviewed before activation.

Upload rules

—Upload only material that depicts you.
—Do not upload material depicting any other identifiable person, including in the background.
—Do not upload material you do not have the right to upload, including footage owned by a former client, employer or production.
—Do not upload AI-generated or AI-modified depictions of yourself. This is a real-people marketplace; synthetic submissions defeat its entire purpose and are removed.

Enforcement

Breach may result in removal of material, suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of undistributed balances, revocation of licences issued in reliance on a false declaration, and referral to competent authorities where the conduct appears criminal.
